Dr. Timothy D. Lucas Sr. is a seasoned leader, consultant, educator, and event strategist with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning ministry, military service, federal government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. A retired Marine Corps First Sergeant and USACE Program Manager, he brings a unique blend of ministry heart and operational excellence to every client partnership.
Ella Rochelle Lucas is an operations leader and event coordinator with over 20 years of experience. As the spouse of a military leader and a pastor, she has developed exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Today, she oversees event logistics, hospitality, and registration management for regional and national initiatives, ensuring every event reflects excellence.

Timothy D. Lucas Jr. transforms ideas into engaging visual experiences. Through video production, photography, and digital media, he enhances attendee engagement and visual branding for conferences and ministry programs.
